Growing a Greener Tomorrow: NPR Arts & Science College NSS Units Join the Green Tamil Nadu Mission

In a dedicated stride toward ecological conservation and environmental sustainability, the National Service Scheme (NSS Units - 195 & 196) of NPR Arts & Science College is proud to partner with the Government of Tamil Nadu under the visionary Green Tamil Nadu Mission and the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Forests.

Our student volunteers are stepping forward to actively participate in the statewide One Crore Palm Seed Plantation Mission. Recognizing the vital ecological role of Tamil Nadu's official state tree—the resilient Panai Maram—in groundwater retention and soil preservation, this initiative marks an important milestone in our ongoing community service efforts.
